The buffet-style meals in Phumulani restaurant were beyond delicious-each dish, especially the traditional delicacies served on themed buffet nights, was cooked with so much care. The pool area was fine, and I appreciated the well-maintained gardens surrounding it. The staff were cute, and , I particularly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere over coffee while the house band created a good ambiance in the Kobulawayo bar.

I almost was going to give this hotel a decent review, but the rude staff and their opaque breakfast policy completely ruined it. Plus, the cockroaches in my room? Absolutely unacceptable. A complimentary upgrade would've been nice too, considering the inconveniences. Next time, i'll definitely choose a place that respects its guests more.
